The Potbelly has a circuit board squarebill with the line tie coming through the bill. Cliff worked on designing this bait for several months to get the specific action he wanted out of a hybrid squarebill.
It has a tight soft, subtle vibrating action, but has a ton of body roll and flash. It has a soft, subtle vibrating swim like a flat bait, but the body roll and flash of a round bait.
During the testing stage of this bait it really shined when the fish were pressured and wouldn't hit a standard flat bait or squarebill. There's something about the unique action of this bait that gets fish to hit it, when they won't hit anything else.
The Black Label Balsa Potbelly is the perfect crankbait when you need a soft subtle vibration with a lot of body roll and flash.
